Wendy Hammond

Wendy Hammond is our Human Resources Director. She brings 25 years of Human Resources experience to the role. While she has HR experience in finance and education, her roles have been primarily focused on construction and manufacturing industries. Wendy holds the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification in Human Resources Management. With this certification, she develops HR policies and procedures, leads HR strategies to align with organizational goals, and directs HR Operations. She focuses on the joy of supporting and uplifting employees through all phases of their careers. Outside of the office, Wendy spends as much time as possible catching rays at the beach or lake and getting dirt therapy in her yard.
