South-Fair Electric serves general contractors, property managers, developers, and facility owners as a premier commercial and industrial electrical contractor. Founded in 2013, we set out to provide first-class service and craftsmanship to power office interiors, retail buildings, and medical and industrial facilities. We design, build, and install electrical systems for new spaces and maintain, upfit, and retrofit existing systems. Our dedicated team of over 200 proudly serves North and South Carolina with locations in Charlotte, NC, and Raleigh, NC.

We provide in-house training, field discussions, certifications, on-site sessions, and continuing educational opportunities to equip our teams with the latest safety information and procedures. Staying safe on the job is a primary focus, and training gives them the knowledge to demonstrate safe behaviors in their daily activities.
